Kai helps a group of Penguins fly via his drone remote control after Bobbi's belief they could never fly is seen as a challenge. However the birds want to fly themselves so steal the control. As they fly over Sparkle Island they end up in Baron Bite's lair, where he takes control and uses them to bring the blizzard to Platinum City as they fire snowballs at the residents. Can the Deer Squad restore order and bring the Penguins into land? // The Fix-it-Fair descends into chaos when Sir Steel and a malfunctioning Blip turn up looking to fix a pancake flipper. Jealous of the attention the Deer Squad receive for fixing things, Sir Steel gets Professor Scratch to upgrade Blip to trump their efforts - but he does the opposite and ends up making things worse.
